To my knowledge, we no longer address staff as Sergeant instructer, etc. We address them by rank and name, thus giving us another thing to screw up.

Yes the freedom that civilians take so much for granted. But it won’t be that bad. Soon you’ll be a 2ndLT in the Marine Corps and you will be a true leader of Marines. Once again good luck.
