In order to join the Marines with a pilot contract, you must have 20/40 or better uncorrected (correctable to 20/20) vision for the application. Once you are in flight school, the requirement drops to 20/100 uncorrected (correctable to 20/20). PRK/LASEK are approved surgeries.
You should contact your local Marine Officer Selection Office to find out if the requirements are still the same.
